Sous Chef

Oakhurst Country Club is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to oversee food preparation and supervise culinary staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing superior service and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes.
