Truck Hydraulics Technician

This Truck Hydraulics Technician position involves custom fabrication of customer trucks, requiring support in all phases from installation, testing, and diagnosis of hydraulic systems. The role involves maintaining a clean work area, utilizing hand tools, and collaborating with customers and colleagues. The position also includes delivery and pickup of parts and maintaining a sanitary work environment.

Requirements

• Install, test, and diagnose hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and filter assemblies.
• Hydraulic systems include open center, closed center with load sense pumps and EPC valve sections.
• Work a 10-hour shift Monday through Friday, and a 4 hour shift two Saturdays a month.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Overhead crane operator certification.
• Basic understanding of truck components and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, schematics, and prints.
