Job Description
We are seeking a Vehicle Build Technician to support the growing vehicle build and fleet expansion team. This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll work closely with the NPI Manager to build, modify, test, and maintain next-generation FLEX vehicles.
Requirements
- Assemble, modify, test, and troubleshoot FLEX vehicles and related sub-assemblies
- Fabricate and fit-check mounts, brackets, and electrical harnesses
- Support installation, testing, and configuration of ADAS components (cameras, LIDAR, RADAR)
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance support for an active fleet
- Travel within the U.S. and internationally as project needs arise
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shop environment
- Assist with inventory management and parts tracking
