The Privacy Officer supports the Privacy Officer in upholding privacy regulations like GDPR and the PDPA. This role involves raising awareness of privacy, handling data protection requests, identifying data breaches, managing data processing agreements, and maintaining data processing registers. The position requires proactive attitude and strong communication skills to improve privacy practices within the organization.
Requirements
- Experience or affinity with privacy (GDPR, PDPA), information security (BIO) and information management.
- Knowledge of regulations related to data protection and privacy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide colleagues in privacy issues.
- Insight into analyzing and optimizing work processes.
- Insight into policy-related issues and decision-making processes.
- HBO- or academic work- and thinking level, preferably in a legal or IT-related field.
- CIPP/e and/or CIPM certification (preferred).
