Job Description
The Director of Technical Records leads the Records team to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for all aircraft, engine, APU, and component assets. This role combines leadership with hands-on oversight of record compilation, reconciliation, and delivery to support acquisitions, leasing, remarketing, and end-of-life programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of technical/aircraft records experience in an airline, MRO, leasing, or trading environment
- Familiarity with lease return requirements, OCCM, LDND, AD/SB compliance, repairs, modifications, landing gears, engines, and back-to-birth trace practices
- Experience with TRAX, AMOS, or similar MRO/records systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills
