Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Demonstrated experience managing compliance teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
