Job Description
Trulieve is a fast-growing company in the cannabis industry, seeking a General Manager to lead store personnel, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor's degree and prior management experience, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
