Requirements

• Completed business education
• Personnel reconciliation certification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
• Excellent IT knowledge
• SAP HR knowledge is desirable
• Experience with Workday is an advantage
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor and social security law
• Structured and accurate working method
• Reliability, robustness, team capability
