Job Description
Trust is a digitally native, customer-centric bank seeking a FP&A Lead to shape the future of the bank by driving financial performance and building high-quality products. The role involves advising the business on financials, analytics and providing strategic guidance, as well as mentoring other teams to improve performance. This position requires strong leadership, technology knowledge, and financial process understanding.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Planning, Finance & Accounting within Financial Services, FinTech or a high growth start up.
- Working knowledge of retail products preferred.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
- Strong Change management skills.
- Strong people leadership and team development skills.
- Significant experience in a variety of commercial and controllership senior Finance roles in complex organizations.
- Strong business partnering and communication skills.
