Job Description

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will support the Chief Compliance Officer in managing regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and frameworks, and implementing RC/RC&C frameworks. This role involves problem-solving, innovation, and contributing to the bank's future in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 7 years of financial sector experience
- 5 years in RC second line of defence roles
- Advanced proficiency in compliance advisory on regulations, policies and standards
- Core proficiency in data conduct
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good to have (Regulatory/liaison experience, ICA certification)
