Corporate Secretary (Part-time)

TrustFlight is looking for a skilled Company Secretary to provide corporate governance and company secretarial support across the TrustFlight Jersey entity and associated subsidiaries. The role is part-time and based in St. Helier, Jersey.

Requirements

• Entitled to work in Jersey and able to be based in St. Helier
• Proven experience in a company secretarial, corporate governance, or regulated administration role
• Working knowledge of Jersey and UK corporate filings, statutory registers, and governance processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and deadline-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and handle confidential matters with discretion
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint/Teams)
