We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to take point on complex troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and support of key systems across our 24/7 operation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- At least 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency with reading schematics, troubleshooting, and documenting repairs
- Familiarity with basic PLCs and industrial automation (Allen-Bradley experience a plus)
- Comfortable with wood and metal fabrication, machine guarding, and shop safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, and provide coverage as needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
