As an Internal IT Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for all employees at Trustly. This involves providing excellent hands-on support, ensuring the reliable operation of our essential corporate applications, and managing our endpoint systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an Internal IT Support or Corporate IT Specialist role with a focus on end-user experience and SaaS management
- Proven expertise in administering Okta (or a similar IDP) and a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
- Strong technical knowledge of the Google Workspace administration ecosystem
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS system administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices
- Experience with a network management platform for basic network health checks and troubleshooting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
