We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Counsel to join our global legal team. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor on employment-related legal matters across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with ability to practice law in the UK
• Significant legal experience, including experience at a law firm
• Extensive knowledge of international employment law and practices
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance legal risks with business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams and geographies
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets effectively
