Job Description
The Commercial Banking Assistant I/II will provide support for Commercial Relationship Managers in serving the needs of clients and prospects, and will be responsible for administrative tasks, loan applications, and customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or 2 year degree with business administration emphasis
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a business banking assistant or relevant general banking or general assistant experience
- Knowledge of general banking and business banking procedures and practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with demonstrable ability to multitask
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) while demonstrating ability to use lending terminology
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including function ability with Word, Excel, and preferably other bank systems
