CRE Portfolio Manager Associate/ CRE Portfolio Manager I

The CRE Portfolio Manager Associate/CRE Portfolio Manager I operates under the guidance of a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager, developing skills necessary to progress as a Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include time management, prospect list development, and assisting with loan covenant compliance, exceptions, and past dues.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years banking experience or equivalent in one or a combination of the following areas: Management Development Program, Relationship Manager, Credit Analysis, Retail Banking
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Accounting related field, or equivalent experience for Level I
• Minimum of three years (3) of commercial lending/credit experience for Level I
• Experience with real estate or commercial lending risk analysis for Level I
• Well-developed understanding of lending and credit approval process as well as pertinent bank policies and external regulations for Level I
• Detailed knowledge of credit analysis practice and procedure for Level I
• Familiarity with products and services offered by financial services institutions for Level I
• Excellent interpersonal skills
