Job Description
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for supervising the branch and its personnel and operations to maximize growth and profitability through effective sales, service, and lending activities.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree OR at least 3 years of experience in banking or a supervisory role
- 2 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following areas: Platform banking or frontline banking operations, Credit, treasury management or other banking related experience, Financial services industry experience, Business development, Supervisory role
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services, along with a working knowledge of other lines of business
- Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn internal technology systems to perform tasks
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
