Customer Success Manager (Dutch) - Benelux - Existing Clients

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management function in Amsterdam. The role involves building relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Trustpilot products, and driving retention and expansion. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar commercial role, fluency in Dutch, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch
• Proven experience in a similar commercial role
• Experience managing a large portfolio of Mid Market and Enterprise customer accounts
• Consistent track record of hitting targets
• Demonstrated experience with subscription based, renewal license models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
