Engineering Manager (Consumer Voice)

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on growing and evolving our consumer-focused offering, shaping how millions of people experience Trustpilot. The role involves leading a team of engineers, developing and implementing innovative strategies, and driving initiatives to improve the quality and production readiness of our apps and systems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer before transitioning into the leadership track
• A history of effectively scaling and leading multiple engineering teams
• Knowledge of Full-Stack service/microservice Development
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g. AWS), message queues (e.g. SQS) and Database formats (e.g. DynamoDB), modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js) and developing SaaS products
• Exposure to or experience with App development (iOS, Android and cross-platform frameworks)
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges at scale
• Extensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working across multiple functions/domains and the ability to create alignment across diverse teams
• Experience mentoring and helping engineers grow their technical skills
