We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to accelerate our growth and market penetration within the Swedish Mid-Market segment. The ideal candidate is a true hunter and proactive seller, who thrives on generating their own pipeline and autonomously managing the full sales cycle for high-velocity deals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent professional working proficiency in English.
- Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable, successful sales experience in a high-activity, quota-carrying B2B SaaS or technology sales environment.
- A consistent track record of overachieving sales targets (100%+ attainment) and successfully closing high-velocity, recurring revenue deals.
- Highly resourceful and fully comfortable with a role that is heavily weighted toward outbound prospecting and self-generated pipeline.
- Skilled in needs qualification, negotiation, and presenting value to business decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of Mid-Market deals with short-to-medium sales cycles.
- A true self-starter with a business-owner mentality and strong ambition for high earnings and career advancement.
