Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Med Mal, Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation

Trustpoint.One has partnered with a prominent plaintiff’s law firm in Philadelphia to search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm’s top trial attorneys on high-stakes medical malpractice and personal injury matters.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, and mass tort experience
• Strong understanding of Philadelphia court procedures
• Ability to manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
