Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our raw material supply chain operations, optimizing costs, onboarding new and managing existing supplier/manufacturer relationships, and ensuring supply quality, sustainability, and continuity.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- A deep understanding of supply chain dynamics
- Experience onboarding and managing suppliers and manufacturers
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in the organic food, supplements, or natural products industry
