Job Description
TSC’s Production Division is looking for a Production Scheduling Manager to lead the Production Scheduling team in delivering exceptional results at the Electronics Manufacturing Facility.
Requirements
- Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team
- Oversee critical shortage reporting and material expediting
- Partner with Operations, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams
- Conduct and lead Program Status Meetings
- Perform capacity analysis
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators
- Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and training
- Champion Lean Manufacturing principles
- Utilize MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP data
