AU-Manufacturing Engineer I

DICKEY-john is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support the production floor and provide problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical related field and 0-2 years of experience.

Requirements

• Production floor support/problem resolution and methods engineering
• New product review, coordination and introduction to the production floor
• Establish and document efficient manufacturing processes / methods
• Ability to read complex schematics, blueprints, CAD drawings
• Fixture and tooling design and improvements
• Participate on cross-functional project teams
• Personal and professional integrity
• Cost analysis
• Cost reduction and avoidance
• Introduce and maintain best practices on the manufacturing floor
• Training of production personnel
• Ability to employ sound judgment with little or no supervision
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools, SAP
