Components Engineer

We are seeking a Components Engineer to join our team in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate will have project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and experience working as a Components Engineer or Electrical Design Engineer. The position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, and to write scientific documents with test results.

Requirements

• Project management skills with strong leadership abilities
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Ability to write scientific documents with test results
• Use of Internet/Intranet, Microsoft Office, and other software programs
• Advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations
• Ability to apply mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlations techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
