Final Quality Inspector

Responsible for inspecting and auditing the quality of workmanship of completed circuit boards. Performs first article inspections, database entry, and interfaces with quality engineering and supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficient in determining accept reject criteria based on TT Electronics Workmanship Standards (IPC-A-610, Current Rev)
• Perform first article inspections on new product from customer prints
• Complete 1st article sheets, audit log, and Certificates of Conformance
• Perform database entry, print reports, (if required) and ability to use the internal email system
• Effectively interface with Quality engineering and supervisor
• Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization
• Accurately completes department paperwork
• Use basic computer skills for inquiries and information gathering
• Understands the ECN process, flag product for ECN implementation, and perform ECN first articles once ECN is explained
• Review/audit most jobs in plant
