Electronic Rework Assembler, Senior

Assembles/disassembles electronic equipment or systems ranging in complexity from simple to highly complex for repair, rework and modification. Removes and replaces discrete components and microcircuits, installed using through hole and surface mount technology. Reworks damaged/defective printed circuit boards using various techniques and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 8-10 years experience on an electronic production assembly line or service repair facility assembling reworking/repairing complex or highly complex electronic equipment
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, sketches, written assembly instructions and procedures written in English
• Ability to communicate suggestions and ideas to improve products or procedures to department management
