Job Description
The position is for a PhD researcher to work on a project called 'Make Space!' that aims to improve spatial awareness in upper secondary education. The researcher will conduct educational research, work with educational designers, and develop teaching materials. The project is a collaboration between Delft University of Technology, Leiden University, and social partners.
Requirements
- Completed research master's degree in educational science, pedagogy, SEC master, industrial design, or a comparable field
- Talent for and affinity for conducting scientific research
- Demonstrable experience or affinity with developing teaching materials in the STEAM domain
- Demonstrable experience or affinity with primary education
- Excellent teamwork skills and energy from working together
- Experience or affinity with interdisciplinary projects
- Proactive and independent work attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and communicative skills
- An open and learning-oriented attitude
- Good command of the Dutch language
