Job Description
Tudi Mechanical Systems is a leading mechanical service contractor seeking a Service Dispatcher for its Commercial Division. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be the point of contact for commercial service requests and technician assignments, and will be responsible for scheduling and tracking service technicians to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of dispatching/customer service experience
- High School or Vocational School Education
- General familiarity with the Tampa area (distances/highways/etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with MS office (Word, PPT, & Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time and stay organized
