As a Reward Analyst, you will lead, coordinate and deliver different Reward processes within BeNe Region and TUI France, and function as a reward expert and sparring partner for internal HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Higher education degree with relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Organized and structured with natural attention to detail
- Positive mind-set, with a hands-on mentality
- Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Results-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of the Hay Methodology (plus)
- Knowledge of the Airline business (plus)
- English, Dutch and/or French (plus)
