Job Description
We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals to join our diverse team of Airport Reps. The role involves warmly welcoming guests, building connections, and creating special moments from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate is a friendly and empathetic individual who can handle changes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Fully conversational in German, Dutch, Polish, Dutch and French plus English
- A quick learner, ready to master the technology and tools needed for the role
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love working with a diverse team, respecting different cultures
- Turning challenges into opportunities and remain calm under pressure
- Proactively identify and resolve issues creatively before they escalate to ensure a smooth airport experience for guests
