Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field preferred
- 5 years of managerial/leadership experience in a manufacturing quality organization
- Experience in Automotive and/or Aerospace Quality Management Systems
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP software (Epicor preferred), and Minitab
- Working knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Root Cause Analysis tools
- Proficient in reading blueprints and manufacturing drawings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
