Turf Distributors is seeking a Self Generating 1099 Sales Representative to sell AGR products to customers through self-generated marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is good with people, and has a hunter mentality.
Requirements
- Selling new, liquidated, and used turf through self-generated marketing and sales efforts
- Responding to self-generated lead inquiry and executing on timely follow-up
- Creating Personal working relationships for future Referral sales
- Working closely and effectively with our sales team to achieve sales quotas
- Possessing a hunter mentality
- Having strong writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Being good with people and able to provide excellent customer service
- Having open Availability, Monday – Saturday, or varied hours due to business needs
- Having a great positive attitude at all times
- Being a go-getter/self-starter and being hungry to make sales
- Being capable of hearing "NO" many times before making that big sale
- Having a team-first mindset
- Ability to process sales/handle money
- Having reliable transportation
