Job Description
Turing is a leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs, partnering with enterprises to deploy advanced AI systems. As the Head of Generative AI, you will define and lead the implementation of generative AI solutions for clients, from ideation to deployment, while guiding teams to achieve scalable results. This role focuses on strategic vision, technical leadership, and client engagement within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in engineering & delivery of technology services
- 5+ years leading large-scale, client-facing engineering or applied AI practices
- Deep expertise in applied GenAI systems
- Proven track record of building and managing senior technical teams
- Hands-on familiarity with applied Generative AI
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance delivery excellence with commercial growth priorities
