Civil Engineer

Turner Staffing Group is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer to coordinate and monitor construction activities at a mining site. The Civil Engineer will oversee projects, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation of project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mining environment preferred
• Previous experience in civil construction preferred
• Experience in Tails Storage Facility (TSF) Construction preferred
• Knowledge of water retention facilities is beneficial
• Proficiency in CAD or Vulcan software preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Projects for scheduling preferred
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with industry-standard software
• Experience in DOT highway construction is beneficial
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and cost-writing skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to complete projects
