Contracts Manager – Data Centres and Mission Critical

Responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are met according to the terms and conditions. Executes procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to achieve optimal cost and continuity of supply and services.

Requirements

• Professional/tertiary qualification in engineering or construction
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in procurement and contracts management or construction project management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle
• Excellent knowledge and experience of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
