Project Controls Manager - Defence

We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to join our Defence sector, with proven experience and understanding of project controls processes. The role will involve leading the programme controls function, monitoring plans, costs, safety, environment, and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience
• Member of a relevant professional body e.g. Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute
• Ability to make risk-based decisions where the parameters are unclear, and judgement is needed
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilise, inspire and lead by example
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Competent in using the software needed to perform the role
