Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the planning, design, and construction of innovative retail real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience working on retail or commercial construction projects and be able to take initiative and drive activities with limited supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in supervising construction projects of increasing complexity
- Commercial or retail fit-out experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field
- PMP certification is preferred
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6
