Senior Recruiter (Contract Opportunity - 6 Months)

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in Canada on a 6-month contract, with potential for extension. The role will lead full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the business, with a focus on Real Estate roles, alongside additional exposure to Infrastructure and Energy & Natural Resources portfolios.

Requirements

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and project-focused roles
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers by providing market insights, shaping recruitment strategies, and advising on workforce needs for major programs and hiring campaigns
• Conduct intake meetings to define requirements, hiring timelines, success profiles, and selection criteria for complex or specialized roles
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, competitor research, and relationship-building within key talent communities
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, effective assessment, and transparent process management
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring, high-priority, and niche roles
• Collaborate with the broader TA team to support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, and diversity-focused sourcing efforts
• Provide coaching and support to junior team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing team environment
