Job Description
This high-end mental health clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP) to join their team. Requirements
- Active & unrestricted Arizona license to practice.
- Idaho, Nevada, or New Mexico License (preferred) - must be admitted to PA school.
- Unrestricted DEA license in the state(s) of practice.
- Computer literate and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
