Requirements

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures speed limits are followed.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Maintains high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Negotiates sale closure and explains warranties, financing, and service requirements.
