Job Description
Tutor Intelligence is a robotics and AI company building technology to automate factory processes. The company is seeking a first Engineering Manager to partner with the CTO and technical leads, focusing on building processes, fostering a supportive environment, and driving ambitious goals. The role involves managing teams, understanding complex systems, and introducing new processes in a fast-paced startup setting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering roles
- 2+ years of experience in an engineering management or team lead capacity
- Experience building and supporting high-performing technical teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience introducing and refining engineering processes in a fast-paced startup environment
