Senior Embedded Field Application Engineer(Presales), China

We are looking for a senior Field Application Engineer to join our China team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have experience in embedded software development projects and be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge/experience of process, functional, technical and tactical aspects of embedded software development projects.
• Ability to articulate at a technical and non-technical level in varying environments
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Industrial Automation, Medical, Smart Energy, Aerospace & Transportation.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP based secure connectivity and/or software flash data storage technologies such as file systems and flash translation layers.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards such as functional safety or cyber security.
• Proficient in CRM software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Mandarin.
