Job Description
TWD is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Planner/Scheduler to be a critical part of the successful delivery of EPCM projects. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, collaborating with project teams, and providing forecast and analysis. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and driven to contribute to a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4–9 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction or EPCM industry
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
- Proficient in industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of project management principles, earned value management, and construction methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines
