Piping Lead

Requirements

• Technical diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering and engineering management in an EPCM environment
• Leadership and coaching skills in the development, training and mentoring of team members
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to perform design engineering
• Aptitude for seller-doer activities including building and maintaining client relationships, scoping new work, and resolving concerns
• Desire and aptitude for developing and continually improving in-house engineering processes, procedures, templates, etc.
• Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently when required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
