Job Description
The Director of Rehabilitation (PT) is responsible for the overall management and administration of rehabilitation services at Cascadia Healthcare, including clinical therapy staff, financial performance, and program development. This role focuses on ensuring therapeutic program growth, resident participation, and compliance with medical standards. The position requires strong leadership, program development, and a commitment to quality patient care.
Requirements
- § Bachelors, Master’s Degree and/or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, or an Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- § Current physical therapy license in the state of employment; or, Current PTA certificate in state of employment.
- § MDS certification (RAC-CT) or other advanced certification preferred.
- § Current CPR Certification.
- § Valid driver’s license.
