Job Description
Twin Health is seeking a dynamic Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting to lead the company's technical accounting initiatives and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role involves developing technical accounting memos, preparing financial statements, and managing the budgeting and forecasting processes. This position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in technical accounting and SEC reporting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Lead the accounting of accounting standards specific to healthcare and technology companies (Revenue Recognition, Stock Based Compensation, Internally Developed Software, Equity, and Leases).
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring they accurately reflect the company’s performance and comply with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Develop technical accounting memos and white papers for significant transactions.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to assess the accounting and financial implications of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s accounting policies.
