Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Staff Technical Product Owner to lead complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight, someone who can dive deep into the details today while helping shape the processes of tomorrow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong track record of writing detailed business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting system testing and validation
- Ability to translate scientific or customer needs into functional specifications that align with technical constraints and business goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - comfortable partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Growth mindset: able to shift between tactical execution and strategic thinking, with a drive to continuously improve systems and processes
