The role involves generating leads, building pipelines, and collaborating with the commercial team to drive growth in key target markets.

Requirements

• 0-2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles - ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce
• Demonstrated track record of high performance
• Native fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, English, or Dutch (depending on location)
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain energy
• Clear and structured communication
• Self-starter with high activity levels
