Job Description
This Data Engineer role involves developing, maintaining, and testing data infrastructures, architecting solutions for data scientists, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve data reliability and efficiency. The role requires strong Python, SQL, and PySpark skills and experience working with large data sets and cloud services like Azure.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related Technical Discipline
- 1-4 years’ experience in Data Engineer role
- Deep knowledge of Python, SQL, and PySparkis
- Experience with data pipelines, architecture principles, batch and stream processing systems, and DataOps
- Experience working with large data sets and Azure cloud services
- Background in programming in Python, Scala, C, C++, Java (beneficial)
